CAW, Canada's largest private sector Union perfected a system of hiring non-whites who act as Proxy Racists and cover-up for whites who will never agree to the idea of equality.
You cannot go out and hire just any non-white. It takes a very, very, special talent to look at fellow non-white in the eye and back-stab them on behalf of a racist.
CAW's system takes into account various factors that make for the perfect Proxy Racist.They employ a system known as Uniongenics to select these people.
Take a serious look at the token non-whites CAW have appointed to their staff.
Union Royalty member Jenny Ahn is a perfect example of this racist hiring practice. She provides cover for CAW Local union racists and has a long and rich history in this field. She protects her fellow Proxy Racists in the Locals and prevents non-white excellence from getting ahead.
She was recently rewarded for this rich history with a Directorship in this Union.
CAW & other Unions can and do get away with racism and discrimination.
